Past Campaigns / Projects

Congo /Lebanon (2025)
Clean Water Initiative in Gaza & Healing Arts Camp in Egypt
Amount Raised +$11K USD
Funds raised were directed to Friends of Congo and allotted to the rainforest community in the Tshopo province of northeastern DRC for assistance as they battle a severe cholera outbreak. This is happening at the tail end of violence that has displaced over 100,000 residents. We will raised funds for Egna Legna in Lebanon which works with African women trapped in the Kafala system of which the proceeds were used for food, women’s hygiene products, diapers, rent and medical assistance.

Gaza / Egypt (2024)
Clean Water Initiative in Gaza & Healing Arts Camp in Egypt
Amount Raised +$50K USD
We launched the Healing Arts Camp for Palestinian children currently taking refuge in Egypt. 560 children participated during a time span of 8 weeks. The program included various therapeutic activities facilitated through art and music by instructors / teachers / musicians from Gaza. We also worked alongside The Gaza Clean Water Emergency Initiative currently on the ground in Rafah which focuses on providing immediate and desperately needed clean drinking water to thousands of families in Gaza. We were able to provide 30K families with clean water for a week.

Jordan / Syria (2017)
Education & Jobs for Syrian Refugees in Jordan
Amount Raised + $10K USD
We partnered with the 501c3 The Syria Fund located in Jordan that focuses on educating Syrian children, providing humanitarian aid and creating opportunities for refugees to work and make a living. There are an estimated 1.3 million Syrians living in Jordan today which constitutes 13% of the population. More than 80% of Syrian refugees live outside of refugee camps in hosting communities in Jordan which is the population The Syrian fund works with. We helped The Syria Fund with their new academic program called Middle East Children’s Institute forward by raising over $10k USD to pay for the salaries of 3 Syrian women which were hired to become outreach counselors. We were also able to buy school supplies, hygiene kits, and emergency food & clothing supplies for Syrian widows who were unable to find jobs.

Haiti (2015)
Jobs for Artisan Women in Haiti
Amount Raised + $15K USD
We did a project in Fond des Blancs, Haiti alongside Haiti Projects to expand their Artisan Cooperative which was founded in 1994 and employs nearly 100 women at Fair Trade wages making heirloom quality, handcrafted embroidered and knit products. Their products are sold online, at retailers and through events in the U.S. and in Haiti. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these items go directly toward supporting the Haiti Projects artisans, providing them with a life changing income. We were able to raise over $15k USD in order to help the expansion of this project to financially empower more women in an area where the unemployment is a staggering 75%. Travel With Purpose also aided them in selling the products the artisans created in the US.

Cambodia / Philippines (2014)
Victims of Sex Trafficking in Cambodia & the Philippines
Amount Raised + $16K USD
Our first campaign happened in 2014 and was the onset of our philanthropic work and what inspired us to become a non-profit organization. We raised over $16k USD and donated part of the proceeds to one of the leading NGOs who fights sex trafficking globally, International Justice Mission, in order for them to launch a rescue mission to save girls from brothels. With the rest of the monies we bought supplies for 110 girls and 20 staff members in a shelter in Cambodia who chose to remain anonymous and educational tools for the young women at My Refuge House in the Philippines.

Travel With Purpose Scholarship Fund (2021-ongoing)
In 2021, we launched a scholarship fund to assist young women of color in college currently living in the U.S. Most of the adolescents who apply for our scholarship work 2 to 3 jobs to afford tuition, housing, books and transportation. Our goal with each scholarship is to pay for one semester so that these bright young women can save some money and focus on school. To date we have awarded 36 scholarships with the help of grants, partnerships, celebrity endorsements and donations from our network.
